Evangelical Church C.A from Gusterita was built in the late twelfth, thirteenth century, like most Roman basilicas in Sibiu. Despite having suffered major changes over time, the building has preserved untouched by western tower plan embedded in the first bay of the nave, side, Corsica and apse, and absidiola south. The apse was demolished in the latter part of the fifteenth century to the height of 4.5 meters, from there up being built a Gothic polygonal choir. Also in that period were replaced vaulting elements of the ship and were created in the net of the choir vaults and arch broken, tabernacle choir, Gothic windows and buttresses. In the eighteenth century the west and south entrances were equipped with one porch and inside were built stands.
In 1989, the last restoration was uncovered north portal, Romanesque semicircular arch, which is provided with cubic columns with capitals decorated with semicircular elements in the form of palmettes.
The church is surrounded by a fortified enclosure of almost circular shape, which is a little torn in the West and South.
To the southeast, near the church, is a Gothic chapel choir and polygonal buttresses.
